Entire Agreement. This Agreement, together with any other documents published by Guitar Camera on this Website, including our Privacy Policy and Insertion Order, constitute a contract between You and Guitar Camera for access to and use of the website and services.

Assignment. This Agreement and any rights and licenses granted herein may not be transferred or assigned by You, but may be transferred or revoked by Guitar Camera without any restriction, except as regards the information and data referred to in our Privacy Policy.

Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or ineffective by a competent authority, invalidity or ineffectiveness of such clause shall not affect the validity or effectiveness of the remaining clauses, which shall remain fully valid and produce full effect.

Waiver. Any waiver of the exercise of rights arising from this Agreement shall not be considered novation, additional or continuing waiver of this or any other right, and Guitar Camera's failure to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver or novation of such right or clause.

Governing Law. This Agreement, and the relationships between You and the Guitar Camera, and all disputes relating thereto, shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, and hereby, if a dispute arises out of (or related to) this Agreement or the breach thereof, the parties agree to submit said dispute to binding arbitration held in the State and forum of the District of Minas Gerais, Juiz de Fora, and administered in accordance with the then current arbitration guidelines and rules. The parties further agree that any judgment or award rendered by said arbitrators may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

Jurisdiction. Notwithstanding the foregoing, each party remains entitled to seek equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction located in the State of Minas Gerais, Juiz de Fora, Brazil.
